Any
claim for defective merchandise or shortages must
be made in writing directly to the shipping company
and to DSC within ten days of receipt of the shipment.
Defective merchandise returned must have a Returned
Goods Authorization (RGA) number provided by DSC.
This number must be marked clearly on each carton
returned.
No
returns are accepted for defective merchandise
after thirty days. Defective merchandise will
be replaced or credit for returned defective merchandise
will be applied to the Customer's account. No
refund checks will be issued. All sales are final.
